Patriotic Quilt Show for Butte Veteran’s

FREE, FREE, FREE event open to the public. This event is sponsored by the World Museum of Mining during Miners’ Union Week and co-chaired by Suzanne Stilwell and Miriam Haley. These quilts will be presented to veterans as they enter the SW MT Veterans Home in Butte opening in 2020.

If you want to sew a quilt, the guidelines are:
Patriotic theme,
Size 50”x50”or 60”x60”and any dimension between,
All cotton excluding batting,
The show committee will provide a label. You may also add your own.
A presentation/storage case, 20” x 20”,
Red, white and blue including other colors as needed,
Please do not include a religious message.

You may bring your quilt to the Stodden Park Carousel, Butte, MT on Saturday, June 15, between 1 and 4. Or before June 15 you may leave your quilt at Copper Stitches, 1369 Harrison Avenue, or Two Bean Quilts across from the Finlen Hotel, 29 N. Wyoming, Butte, MT.
